6 Gov Tech Companies Acquired by GTY Technology Holdings By uniting under the GTY organization, the companies could leverage their marketing power, while also making it easier for government entities to access needed services.


Infiniti, an IT Company in California's Agile Vendor Pool, Has Been Acquired InterVision, which does similar work in the managed IT-cloud services space, bought out Infiniti.
