As businesses and larger government offices look to return workers to the office, this tool might be of interest. I picked this information up from one of the listservs that I monitor.

"Lots of public and private partners are doing passive temperature screenings before allowing employees or customers into a building. My building is using handhelds to screen individual employees. I came across an alternative approach through the NBEOC [National Business Emergency Operations Center] today and thought it might be of interest to you all:

"I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share something that we are doing internally here at Ford that might be of interest to you. We are equipping all of our Ford facilities with IR cameras to do temperature scans. We are partnering with a company that has the only FDA approval for this technology. We are also sharing this information with as many people as we can. I’m attaching a video that our team made to show the tech. https://youtu.be/q5bkrpl_rzo If this is something that you are interested in for your facilities, please feel free to reach out to our point of contact here at Ford and he can advise you to what we are doing company wide. His name is Todd Brooks. His direct line is 313-600-6952 and his email is tbrooks4@ford.com. I understand that this might not be directly in your wheelhouse, but if you know of anyone who could benefit from this, please pass this information along."
