One of the things we keep learning is that while the globe we live on seems pretty big, it is not as big as I once thought when we start looking at how the oceans are connected to the poles of our earth. What happens in the Amazon impacts Europe, etc.

While governments dither over climate actions and businesses continue to try and maximize quarterly profits, the impacts of climate change continue to march onward. Eventually the piper will have to be paid.
