A Tumbleweed Emergency

It is likely a rare occasion, but one highway in Washington state was recently closed to traffic due the road being encased in tumbleweeds, and that included the cars and trucks on the highway, see A Blizzard of Tumbleweeds Caused a 10-Hour Traffic Jam in Washington State.

I don't believe tumbleweeds were one of the 10 plagues.
