COVID-19 Vaccine Is Coming, but Not Soon Enough

In the interview, Dr. Anthony Fauci, who seems to be the most credible federal spokesperson on the COVID-19 epidemic here in the United States, was asked about the rapid development of a new coronavirus vaccine. As he explains, it is faster than anyone has ever done before -- BUT, it will still be 12-18 months before it is available. That puts us into another (should we get a summer break?) flu and COVID-19 season next fall with no vaccine for COVID-19.
