I guess this means that the D- report card for all United States infrastructure was correct, after all.

With Congress likely appropriating $3T in total coronavirus aid -- we'll never have an infrastructure funding package for our nation -- in my lifetime. Ports, bridges, roads, water and sewer systems, airports ... all will continue to deteriorate.
