Leave it to California to get it right. The governor of California ordered his 40M citizens (other than essential personnel) to "Stay at Home!" A good call and timely at this point in the crisis.
I wish I had seen or read his announcement
before I was on King 5 TV, the NBC affiliate here in Seattle. I would have used that term versus the several that have been tossed out by different leaders telling people to remain at home.
