For a number of years the Time Person of the Year has been announced on the
Today Show. This year, it is not one person, but the
women who broke the silence on sexual harassment.
The irony comes from that fact that it was only a few short days ago that Matt Lauer was tossed from the show for being a sexual predator.
To bring this home to where you live and work ... if you know you have a problem in your workplace, you'd better be addressing it. You don't want any more "irony" to come to roost where you are.
