Warnings continue to remain a sore point in our emergency management profession. It is not just California and Hawaii that have had problems. With all the issues that are being highlighted, I expect that many emergency management programs are re-examining their warning protocols.
Now is the time to fix your warning protocols for what perhaps has been lying dormant, with little attention.
