Tim Woodbury serves as director of State & Local Government Affairs for Splunk, the San Francisco based big data analytics company. He works with governments, associations, and community leaders on policy development and applications of data and technology to solve challenges and deliver results. Woodbury has worked at the intersection of technology and public policy for over 15 years, having previously served as head of government relations for Accela. He started his career with Accenture and as a staff member in the U.S. Senate. Woodbury holds a J.D. from American University and MPA and BS degrees from the University of New Hampshire.
