Philip Rogers

Phillip Rogers is marketing and enterprise development manager for the city of Arlington, Parks and Recreation Department. He has been with the department since 2012. During that time, Rogers and his team have earned numerous state and national awards, including recognition from NRPA, TRAPS (Texas Recreation and Park Society), TRAPS North Region and the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers.
