Cybercrime is everywhere. It can involve stealing a person's personal information, stealing trade secrets or taking down a city's infrastructure.

With the goal of preventing new cyberattacks in mind, the House of Representatives in April passed the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA), and parts of the controversial PRISM program, the National Security Agency's online spying tool, have the same goal.
