District Leaders to be Surveyed on Blended and Personalized Learning Challenges

The Learning Accelerator (TLA) is researching key decisions that system leaders face when implementing blended or personalized learning at scale in their district or CMO.

The Learning Accelerator (TLA) is conducting a survey around blended and personalized learning. Learn more about the survey and where to take it below.

After speaking with several dozen leaders, TLA has identified seven common challenges that leaders around the country have described across different types of systems, including:

  • How are districts choosing what to hold centrally versus allocate to school oversight?
  • What resources and expertise can be outsourced to partner organizations and what should be internally cultivated?
  • How fast should districts implement?
This survey will help us understand how common these challenges are, and how different leadership teams are solving them. By participating, you will be helping districts across the country implement their own blended/personalized learning strategies with better information and support. The survey takes less than 10 minutes and will provide us with invaluable information that we can pass on to leaders across the country.

As a thank you, we will also be giving out $50 gift certificates to four randomly drawn survey takers. Thank you in advance for completing this survey by March 7 and please feel free to share this survey with other district leaders you think would be interested in participating.

Please reach out to Ellie Avishai at TLA if you have any questions regarding the survey.
