BEAVER, Pa. -- Beaver County, Pa., Adult Probation and Parole has entered into a three-year agreement for iSECUREtrac's tracNET24 criminal justice tracking units. Beaver County will initially deploy 30 passive GPS tracking units on their adult offenders.
