Which city became the first in the U.S. to ban the sale of single-serving water bottles?

About 35 minutes northwest of Boston, the town of Concord, Mass., has become one of the first cities in the nation to ban the sale of single-serving plastic water bottles -- which resulted from a three-year campaign by local activists, the Huffington Post reported.
