Believe it or not, but smart highways -- with center lines that glow in the dark, temperature-monitoring "dynamic paint" that display whether the heat or cold could affect driving, pavement that prevents ice from forming and wireless car charging capabilities -- are closer to reality than we might think, The Atlantic Cities reported.
