Call for Entries Government Experience Awards 2026

The Center for Digital Government is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Government Experience Awards. These awards recognize state and local governments that are delivering exceptional digital experiences for constituents, businesses and stakeholders.

Overall Experience Awards


The Overall Experience Awards recognize a jurisdiction’s comprehensive approach to digital experience across all of their services and channels.
Eligibility: U.S. state, county and city governments
Limit: One nomination per jurisdiction

Project Experience Awards


The Project Experience Awards highlight specific initiatives that improve digital experience in a focused area.
Eligibility: U.S. state and local governments, agencies, departments and special districts
Limit: Up to five (5) nominations per organization

Awards Event: October 15, 2026 Winners will be recognized during a dynamic virtual event celebrating innovation in digital government. Winners will also receive:

  • Opportunities to share insights with peers through workshop webinars
  • Visibility as a leader in digital government experience
