Lots of people and organizations are working on coming up with drone counter measures to "take out" drones that are in the wrong place at the wrong time. There is one university that is working on techniques to jam the signal or actually hack the signal between the controller and the drone. I'm sure someone is working on weapon systems solutions too.
Then there is this
Eagle Take-down of a small drone. One bird to another! While this works for a smaller drone, I don't think it would work as well for larger, multi-bladed drones that have more power and weight. An injury to the eagle might be expected.
