As I've written about previously, that day is getting closer, and it is time to start taking notice. It is expected that a vendor will be selected late this year and plans for each state and territory will begin to be written shortly after that in early 2017. Choices will need to begin being made in 2017 and you need to be fully informed about what your options are and what the future will hold for wireless digital connectivity.
