Another Washington State Exercise position.
I'd swear that I've posted this level of position, State Exercise Program Manager (Emergency Management Program Specialist 3), three to five times in 2016. I don't know if they have a dozen of these, if there has been turnover in the position(s), or they can't find the right person.
