Washington State Not Seismically Ready

Government might not get it. Ports might not get it. Business might not get it. But, at least the Seattle Times, as it looks at the facts, "gets it."

The real question is will it make any difference? As the Washington state legislative session gears up in January, will any single legislator take notice and demand action?

We are still waiting for leaders to step up and "act" not plan or study, but "act!"
