Why Trump Needs to Appoint a Pro to Head FEMA

It very well may be that we are talking about who President-elect Trump should appoint as the FEMA administrator, well after he has been sworn in as president. I'm talking months after.

I did hear from one person that their governor is being vetted as the possible FEMA administrator designee. I would agree that a governor, per the linked article above, is not an emergency manager, any more than a race horse owner would make a good jockey. Two different sets of knowledge, skills and abilities. But hey, what do I know ...
