Disaster Lessons from Texas and Lebanon

You can take lessons from another disaster and apply them to your situation.

Texas and Lebanon seem to have little in common, being tens of thousands of miles apart. What they do share, however, is elected officials in two different disasters ignoring issues that were known to be dangerous — and yet they postponed taking any action. $$$ is many times the root of all inaction.
