Election Fraud Debunked

You can have your conspiracy theories, just give me some facts please.

Dec. 14 and the certification of the 2020 presidential election cannot come soon enough for my liking.

If there was fraud in the election process, a court would have taken up the case if there was proof. With no proof, the legal steps being taken by the Trump campaign continue to be debunked and cases thrown out of courts as being without merit. Note: You cannot appear in court and lie. If you lie in a courtroom, you can be prosecuted for lying. This is why the president's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, when asked in one court hearing on the election if he was alleging fraud, said, "No your Honor." But, then he goes out in a news conference and does that specifically. You just can't be thrown in jail for lying at a press conference.

If you did not see it, check out this 60 Minutes episode from Nov. 29. The first segment is an interview with Chris Krebs, who was in charge of securing the 2020 election. It was his responsibility because elections were designated a critical infrastructure and he is/was the man responsible for its security in the federal government. The short answer — no evidence of fraud. Watch it though, does he seem credible?

Also of note, Attorney General Barr came out on Dec. 1 confirming that the Justice Department found no widespread election fraud that would have changed the outcome of the election.

Facts, but then I'd rather believe what I want to believe, facts be damned.
