The Washington Military Department's Emergency Management Division is hiring eight project positions within the Public Assistance Program to support disaster recovery efforts related to COVID-19 Pandemic Outbreak - January 2020 - Continuing; Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, Mudslides - January 20 - February 10, 2020; and Wildfires and Straight-line Winds - September 1, 2020 through September 19, 2020.  These project positions are anticipated to last 24 months and may be extended based on project funding.

These positions report to the Regional Public Assistance (PA) Supervisor, and is responsible for professional level emergency management coordination and grants management assistance to assist with the disaster events listed above.  

*Although the title of this recruitment is Program Delivery Program Manager, work is performed at the level of a program coordinator.  These positions do not manage people or a program.  The working title of this position is named to align with the equivalent position titles in the FEMA program model.
