Another climate change forecast for historic flooding in California. As the article points out, you cannot say it has not happened before and with climate change, the possibilities are increasing.

When it does happen in the future, I’m sure that someone somewhere will call it a black swan event. No, it is not coming out of nowhere and yes it is in the realm of the possible.
