All Bets are Off on Next FEMA Administrator

I've decided that experience and character is not a criteria.

As you observe the names of people either announced for appointment to prominent positions in the future Trump Administration or other names being bandied about for appointments yet to be made, experience is not a top consideration. Consider Nikki Haley as the United Nations Ambassador and her (lack of) experience in foreign affairs?  Rudy Guiliani, for Secretary of State?  Petraeus who actually gave away state secrets to his lover...

What got me thinking about this topic was this article Importance of Presidential Leadership in Emergency Management.

Look at the criteria Kay Goss set for a president and how he should measure up to the standards she listed. What is your evaluation of President Elect Trump against those standards?

I figure that we should put aside the guessing game as to which experienced emergency manager might be the next FEMA administrator and accept the reality that it could be anybody who has an existing relationship with the President Elect, or not!
