This looks to be a great entry-level position for someone just entering the field of emergency management. Note the word "assists" is used a lot.
The only thing that looks a bit funny to me is the section bolded in this statement, "Proof of completion of IS-100, 200, 700 Certification in related areas of training or programs is highly desirable, as is the Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credential."
It is not likely that someone with the minimum experience they require will have had the job assignments to achieve a CEM.
