Phoenix Seeks Proposals for Housing Automated Business System

Proposals are due Friday, Feb. 29, at 5 p.m. MST.

The city of Phoenix Housing Department is inviting qualified software vendors to submit a written proposal for the purchase, installation, training, maintenance and support of a housing automated business system.

The successful offeror will provide and implement a system that manages the Housing Department's business processes including application and intake for Public Housing and Section 8, Homeownership Programs, inspections, unit turnaround/lease up, transfer/relocation, evictions, work orders, financial reporting, grants management, purchasing and requisitions and inventory control.

Proposal packets may be downloaded from the city's Web site at phoenix.gov/rfp or picked up at the Housing Department, 251 W. Washington St., fourth floor. A pre-proposal conference will be held from 1-4 p.m. MST Friday, Feb. 15, in the fourth floor north conference room at 251 W. Washington St. Offerors also may participate in the pre-proposal conference by calling 1-866-482-6958 and entering code #1196596.

Proposals are due Friday, Feb. 29, at 5 p.m. MST, at the following address: 251 W. Washington St., fourth floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Late proposals and postmarks will not be accepted.
