Chief Information Officer Teri Takai last week outlined California's technology agenda in a keynote address given at the Information Technology Association of America's (ITAA) 4th annual state technology Executive Seminar in Sacramento. Takai discussed a variety of issues including Governor Schwarzenegger's technology priorities, California's portfolio of major projects, key challenges facing the state and what direction the newly formed Office of the State Chief Information Officer is taking to help modernize California's aging technology infrastructure.
