Oregon Leverages State Purchasing Power With Laptop and Peripherals Purchasing Agreement

More than 100 state agencies will be able to leverage the state's purchasing power

The state of Oregon has awarded CDW Government a two year Price Agreement under the state's Smart Buy program.

Under the agreement, more than 100 state agencies will be able to leverage the state's purchasing power when buying laptops and peripherals from CDW-G. The State of Oregon currently invests an estimated $48 million per year in computer technology products.

Municipalities, city and local governments, state universities, school districts, and agencies that are part of the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) will also be able to take advantage of the price agreement to save money and benefit from increased procurement efficiencies.

Oregon will also enjoy a variety of services on CDW-G's extranet, which provides personalized access to consolidated purchasing and account management information. The extranet site delivers secure access to the assigned CDW-G account teams, product information and purchase history. Customers can track their orders, manage asset-tagged hardware and order configured products via the extranet.
