Description: Request for Proposal Stark Area Regional Transit Authority Sarta In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 306. 43, proposals will be accepted by the Executive Director of the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority, in the office of said Executive Director, 1600 Gateway Boulevard SE, Canton, Ohio 44707 until: Tuesday, 6/25/2002 at 4:00 p.m. Local Time and then at such time and place opened and for the purpose of securing proposals for: Supplier of Computer Software for Paratransit Scheduling. Proposals will be received according to the specifications and Request For Proposal Packet on file and available in the office of the Executive Director. Proposals must include all information and materials requested in proposal package. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the proposals. The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority. There will be a Pre-Proposal Industrial Review meeting held on 6/11/2002, at 1:30 p.m. to answer questions. Sarta has set a goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises of 10% (ten-percent) participation for this project.
