Description: Sealed proposals will be received by the Finance & Purchasing Office of Camden County College at or before 1:30 p.m. prevailing time on 6/11/2002 and will be publicly opened and read aloud shourtly after at the Finance & Purchasing Office in Wilson East, Room 102, Blackwood, New Jersey 08012, for the furnishing, deliverty and/or installation of the following services, materials, and/or equipment: Fiber Optics Equipment & Supplies III Bid #FY02ITB-84 Supply or equipment lists, specifications, and bidding documents may be obtained from the Finance & Purchasing Office at the College or by calling (856) 227-7200, extension 4351. The right is reserved to waive any or all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids submitted and to made awards in the best interest of Camden County College. Prices are to be indicated for individual items and separate groups and that the College reserves the right to award contracts on either of these bases. Price Quoted must Include all Freight, Handling, and/or Delivery Charges. Bids must conform to the specifications and only approved qualified bids will be accepted. Persons or firms bidding on equipment that requires installation by the contractor are advised that the provisions of Chapter 150 Laws of 1963 (N.J. Prevailing Wage Act) will apply to and be part of all such contracts. Proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the form of bid accompanying the specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Law) and P.L. 77, C. 33.
