The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected a New Jersey organization's attempt to bypass the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006. The Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association Inc., challenged the Gambling Enforcement Act on grounds it was "unconstitutionally vague."

Kentucky County Upgrades Judicial Facilities, Technology

Yesterday, Campbell County, Ky., broke ground for a judicial center addition and renovation. The project is designed to update and preserve the 125-year-old Campbell County Courthouse while increasing the judicial center to 103,700 square feet and provide modern infrastructure to support data, computer, video and networking technology. The facilities also provide a single-point entry with magnetometers and security personnel.
