Description: The City of Newnan will receive bids for software to operate one (1) Closed Circuit Television System for the Police Department as per the enclosed specifications on Monday, 4/1/2002 at 2:00 p.m. in the office of the City Manager, 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan, Georgia 30263, or bids may be mailed to the City Manager's Office, P.O. Box 1193, Newnan, Georgia 30264. Any bid received after this time will be rejected. No faxed copies will be accepted. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked, "CCTV Software Proposal, 4/1/2002, 2:00 P.M. The City Council of the City of Newnan reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Recommendations will be presented to the City Council at their regular meeting on 4/9/2002 at 2:30 p.m.
