Statesville, NC., Police Department Replaces Existing Booking System
New system speeds booking process and improves accuracy of composite evidence
The Statesville, N.C., Police Department selected ImageWare to streamline the department's booking and investigative procedures. The company will develop a custom interface that will enable the department to automatically share and populate booking information with their current records management system, making data available and accessible in real-time. Under the terms of the agreement, the company will also replace the department's existing composite evidence system.
"Our mission is to strive to be responsive to the needs of our community, while providing quality police services that serves and protect ourselves and others," said Lt. Greg Stone of the Statesville police. "We believe that IWS Law Enforcement will greatly enhance the efficiency of our booking procedures and provide a great resource to our investigators, helping them research and identify potential suspects."
