Description: Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the Chief of Police, City of Beavercreek Police Department, 1388 Research Park, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432, until 2:00 o'clock p.m. (Local time) on 3/28/2002 for the purchase of a Wireless Mobile Data Computer System for use in police vehicles. All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked Wireless Mobile Data System. Copies of RFP are on file in the office of the Chief of Police, City of Beavercreek Police Department, 1388 Research Park, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. All bids must be mailed or hand carried to the proper office. No bids will be accepted which are sent over the facsimile machine or other electronic means. Not responsible for late bids received due to delivery method. The City of Beavercreek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and, to enter into a purchase agreement with the bidder(s) who, in their opinion, offers the lowest and best proposals. The City reserves the right to require the vender to present their proposals in person to a City review board, and to the right to make changes to the RFP after all proposals are submitted. All bidders must submit a 'Delinquent Personal Property Tax Form' when submitting a proposal.
