Some interesting side facts to come out of the study: California, unsurprisingly to no one who lives there, has the highest percentage of congestion at rush hour. Mississippi, on the other hand, had the lowest percentage. Cars are least likely to be stolen in Vermont and most likely to be stolen in Alaska, and Hawaii has some of the highest maintenance costs in the country.
