How are people protesting against Tesla?

Answer: By "ICEing" charging stations.

The practice of ICEing first began garnering attention in January of this year. Drivers intentionally park their internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles in designated Tesla charging spaces, blocking access to the chargers.

Tesla, however, has already thought of a solution and has begun implementing it. Beginning in mid-January, Supercharger parking spaces in China started getting barriers that would lower when a Tesla driver scanned a QR code from their smartphone. And more recently, the Tesla Owners club in Taiwan got an updated version where a camera on the barrier reads license plates coming toward it and lowers automatically if it detects the plate of a Tesla owner.

Tesla has not yet commented on when or if the devices will be implemented in the U.S.
