How much is Santa’s house worth?

Answer: $764,389.

And that includes elf quarters, a toy shop, and a barn for the reindeer.

Zillow, the online real estate site, has a listing for the entire North Pole estate. First built in the 1800s, it was renovated in 2013 and covers 25 acres. There is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom log cabin for Mr. and Mrs. Claus (and guests), which includes a study with the sewing table where Santa created the original teddy bear.

The elves have their own tiny 150-square-foot houses, each with a unique theme including farmhouse, rustic cabin and bamboo bungalow. The toy-making shop is state-of-the-art, and all eight reindeer plus Rudolph have their own stalls in the barn. There’s even a garage for the famous sleigh.

Santa’s estate is not for sale (where else would he live?), but Zillow’s photos and 3-D virtual tours can make you feel like you’re actually there.
