Former President Barack Obama sat down with The Skimm last week to discuss his memoir A Promised Land, and during the interview he revealed some fun facts including who he would include in a group text of world leaders.

Among them he named Pope Francis and the Dalai Lama, two prominent religious figures with whom he met multiple times during his time in office. “The Dalai Lama, I love that guy, Pope Francis, a genuinely good man,” he told The Skimm.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel also made the list, as did former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Obama also said that he would include Queen Elizabeth II “because she has a drier sense of humor than people think.”
