Al Qaeda sympathizers post videos, speeches

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department Web site was used to display videos and pictures of Osama bin Laden and purported terrorist messages last weekend, according to the Washington Post. The files were evidently uploaded to an FTP site operated by the state. The files were discovered and removed Monday.
