Baltimore Offers Online Bill Payments

Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon announced that effective immediately citizens and customers can pay a variety of city bills online through their personal checking account. 

There is no charge for paying online with your checking account. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by visiting the City's Web site at, click "Online Payments." Credit card payments are also accepted online and via telephone, but with a convenience fee attached.

Online payments can be made for property tax, metered water, parking fines, red light citations, and various other miscellaneous bills. Once you look up your bill information, you will be re-directed to a secure site to make your payment.

"Thanks to the City's Finance Department, and the Office of Information Technology, I am excited to offer citizens this new and convenient way to pay their bills," said Dixon.
