Earlier this month, Ohio released a Web site standardization policy for executive branch cabinet agency Web sites. "The intent of these requirements," said the announcement, "is to create a degree of consistency and predictability among public-facing Web pages while still providing executive branch cabinet agencies with the flexibility to design Web pages that fit their unique needs."
