Dublin is neck and neck with Los Angeles when it comes to having horrible traffic, but city officials have resolved to do something about it.

The Dublin City Centre Transport Study is a recently announced plan that proposes several large changes to the city’s transportation scheme, including the development of a new bicycle network, new rail services, a new bus system, and rerouting of vehicle traffic around several major streets to make space for wider walkways and bike paths.
