How will first responders in Dubai fight fires on skyscrapers?

The Dubai Civil Defense is planning to use jetpacks designed by Martin Aircraft in the event of a skyscraper fire. The agency expects jetpacks to be a better solution than ladders because they would allow first responders to keep their hands free and remain relatively safe.
