Tanya Acevedo, CIO of Travis County, Texas, says she’s planning new technologies that streamline citizen access to services and improve government programs. She envisions a single sign-on capability that gives county residents access to a broad range of government services through a common identity. Acevedo also anticipates making greater use of predictive analytics to help the county proactively anticipate service demands so it can respond more quickly and effectively.
