"Inventing the Future" is a half-hour documentary demonstrating EVOC, a virtual control center that provides critical data and communications to first responders and city leaders, ensuring they have the information they need to make more timely decisions in an emergency.
EVOC was funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The documentary features City of Anaheim officials describing and demonstrating the system designed by the city's IT provider, EDS, Electronic Data Systems.
