Ariz. Department of Real Estate Offers License Renewal Online

The Arizona Department of Real Estate launched its new online license renewal system. The department recognized the need to more effectively meet the need of real estate professionals and collaborated with the state's Government Information Technology Agency and IBM to develop the system.

The Online Renewal System (OLRS) is designed to save the licensee time and effort by making the process of license renewal fast, easy and convenient. With the new service real estate professionals will be able to go online, fill out a simple form and file their license renewal.

The service allows real-estate professionals to renew their licenses and pay any fees with a credit card, change their employment status, report continuing education and update other personal information.
