"Citizens registering for e-Subscriptions can be assured of their privacy," said City of Hot Springs Public Information Officer Terry Payne. "They will only receive the information they choose, and no unsolicited e-mails will be sent to their e-mail addresses."
The e-Subscription service will also provide broader access to publications such as the citywide newsletter, which is currently mailed to city residential street addresses only.
"We anticipate that e-Subscriptions will not only provide greater citizen convenience, but will also save city staff time," said Hot Springs City Manager Kent Myers. "Instead of calling or visiting our offices to inquire about the latest city jobs available or an upcoming agenda item for the next city board meeting, a person can receive that information electronically."
